Pro Mech have gained our FORS Bronze status, to go with the Silver Level gained earlier in the year. A big Thank You goes to Harry Bell for all his hard work getting Pro Mech past the post.

We are incredibly proud of our achievement, and it demonstrates that we are compliant across the business with 100% evident in most of the audit categories. We have scheduled review dates and will undergo a continual improvement program to ensure we are performing better and better at every review.
Malcolm White, along with Rob Aslett and Ben Carter at Fareham has had a day with the Cardio Dummies and has passed the Emergency First Aid course.
Pro Mech are actively trying to promote and educate from within and this is evident with both our Site Supervisors, James Cavanagh at the Uckfield site and Dan Osman at the Fareham Site, passing their IOSH Health and Safety Manager Course.
Dan Opanzski is training to get his CSCS Sling Course and a HGV Licence.

Main Responsibilities
As a Lifting Inspection Engineer within Pro Mech, you should be competent and capable to carry out inspection, adjustment and maintenance of mechanical and electrical aspects of lifting and handling equipment. You will compile reports and present and discuss with the customer your findings and be aware of and able to discuss with the customer all aspects/product groups of Pro Mech
As a Lifting Inspection Engineer, you will have the ability to carry out fault finding procedures, recognise the defective items, carry out the necessary repairs effectively and restore the equipment to a safe working condition in compliance with LEEA. You’ll also have the capability when designated to organise, progress, and carry out major installations.
