Davit System

The Counterweight System is loaded with weights on the back weight rack, to counter-balance the load off the davit arm. Applications include roofs, mezzanines and bridges with the davit arm clearing most parapets. The front legs can be adjusted for un-even ground.

The system breaks down into sections for ease of transport.

Counterweight Base, upper & lower davit, 15m fall arrest winch, 30m man riding winch, and 360kg of weights.

Weights must be stacked evenly on all 7 weight mount rods. For uneven number plates stack extra plate(s) on the centre rod.
